RETURN POLICY:Due to sanitary reason there are no returns on lace wigs, wefts, or frontals. If there is a mistake on our part we are more than happy to repair your Lace Wig. All returns must be sent back within 3 days of receiving your unit. We do not accept returns or exchanges on wigs that have been tried on, worn, styled, adjusted, or that have had the lace cut.
